I've been wondering about the Wessex Main Line, which has seven cities on its route (Cardiff, Newport, Bristol, Bath, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth), but none seems to fit the scoring. This is proving difficult.

I can't find anything anywhere. The routes that strike me as being likely are the Wessex Main Line, the Marches Line, and TransPennine North. But none of them seems to work (I have had 27 a couple of times though :roll.

The bit about foreign proper nouns makes it sound as if we are required to translate the name of the station as well as score it in Catalan...

Well, this has reached an nasty point. We've had 2 invalid guesses, and no one else seems to be getting to an answer. The turn holder has abandoned us. What happens now?
