Your logic is spot on, however you have come unlucky and picked the wrong station (I wasn't sure that there would be more than one station that fitted all 5 clues). The correct answer is Kilgetty.

Its fine, Wiki said it's only served by ATW, but just looked at the timetable and there is the train you said, soits a valid clue, although I wouldn't of got that station at all
