In the English version of Scrabble, if proper nouns were allowed, no blank tiles were used and no tiles were laid on bonus scoring squares, this station's name would score 12 points in a game of Scrabble.

OK, fair enough. I'm not sure that would match the prominence part of the clue though - Swanley is probably better known than Swanwick. On the grounds that it's not clear-cut though, you needn't worry about Penalties.
