Lincoln fits all four clues (unless a dragged 91+mark 4 set has ever made a public call - I don't know of such a case).

The clue you've given eliminates two stations! That certainly counts as "massively obscure" to me.

I'll attempt to make my clue 1s slightly less obscure. Please do give pointers.
Rather than finishing with something obvious, may I suggest the option of allowing only a couple of options. I would say Cleethorpes was not entirely obvious, but from the five clues I suspect it was the unique solution to the problem.
