The only concern I have is that the word "stations" in Clue 4 is pluralised, which may jeopardise this possibility (given it covers only Paddington).

Assuming (a) one of its platforms is rarely used and (b) some services run through non-stop, Orpington?

That would explain my concern from Clue 4 - it most certainly covers more than one terminal :p

But don't FCC serve Orpington in the peak? Or are SE running the service to Luton with FCC stock?

I was under the impression that the services from Luton were SE south of Blackfriars. Otherwise I'm due a penalty because Orpington is the correct answer - with regards to the other query, the services from Tunbridge Wells and Hastings run fast to London Bridge.

South of the Snow Hill tunnel (I'm not sure where exactly; I always thought it was City Thameslink but based on what has been said on here - and not just by Robinson above - it seems to be Blackfriars), the FC+SE services are run by SE. At no stage are they considered a truly joint operation; it's merely a case of Operator A running the service up to a certain point, and then Operator B takes over.

----------------

Clue 1: This station has some services running through non-stop during the peaks.

Aww. I was trying to be clever that time. Now I have to join the OHKO club :(

And I think that makes you the first Double 15-er.

Trying to be clever never works; I've had a go at that myself and it backfired spectacularly.

3. This station is very much the lesser of the two that serves its town, though still quite busy.

4. The main service at this station links two cities whose names begin with the same letter of the alphabet (as each other).
