Southern recruiting trainee drivers again

800 already! That is a lot! Thanks for the info though guys. Not sure on the travel time either but I know on the old Southern system it asked if you lived within 30 minutes I think. On the new system it just says would you be able to get to work for early mornings and late finishes.

Brighton's starter route I believe is to Seaford.



I certainly wouldn't expect a trainee to be going up to London or out to Hastings any time soon. :)


Dosnt take long for a trainee to get into the London link at Brighton, or at least it didn't when I was there. Some new drivers were signing London within 2 years of being productive.

Ahh sorry, I thought it meant which routes do they cover, no, not to london in the first couple of years I wouldn't think lol

How are people progressing with this round of applications? I had to pullout of the stage one assessments at the last minute so I didn't get a chance to see how it all went. Anyone progress to stage 2, DM interview or even job offer?
