(can anybody else think of any other stations which have an apostrophe in the name?)

Wood End (Vote for most disable unfriendly station!)
I remember a couple of years ago one morning, pulling up there and opening the gate, then walking down a long, uneven path which turned 90 degrees at the end onto a scaffolded walkway with steps going up and down. I presumed the work was to make it wheelchair friendly.
And how did you find the lovely Hawarden Bridge, Fishquinn?
Why do I keep reading this as "SHARK" attacks?![]()

This is also what attracted my attention and made me visit this thread.
I was not aware that global warming had brought sharks into the areas named in the postings on this thread recently.
The only sharks that frequent the inland areas where I live are Sale Sharks, once from Sale, then from Stockport and now found ground-sharing with Salford Red Devils RLFC on the new ground near Barton Airport.
You're not alone..
I read it as that too
Finally updated my spreadsheets.
Current totals:
NR - 582
Underground/Metro/Tram - 201.
Some trip planning required.

Looking at a London A-Z - St John's to Elverson Road looks a shortish walk. Anyone done it?
Its probably further than it looks as there's only 1 way out of the station, but it's easily do-able - allow around 12-15 mins
