I believe that the assessments and MMI are conducted entirely the same, barring various enhanced standards between TOCs, across the country as it’ll be run by a 3rd party and not Scotrail itself. So any tips on here for MMIs in general should help you as well.
ScotRail do all the train driver assessments including the MMI in house at their own center run by their own HR staff. Although from what I've read here it's all done to exactly the same standard as OPC in England & Wales but in Glasgow it's definitely carried out by ScotRail itself not OPC.
The questions I was asked last year were:
1) Describe a time when you had to follow rules and procedures
2) Give an example of a time when you've had to work hard to achieve something
3) Describe a task or role you have undertaken that shares similarity with the train driver role
4) Describe a time you had to do something where it was very important not to make a mistake
5) Describe a time you had to do something in the face of difficulty
6) Describe a time when you had to deal with an emergency
ScotRail only requires the national standard for train driver assessment rather than enhanced standards like other train companies down south.
