Looks smart that does.
Indeed so, but would it have been a major problem to line up the seating with the windows?
It's no worse than the 150s really in terms of window/seat alignment.

Been like this for years if not since BR built them.
Yes but now they have gone up the north west as cast offs they want 2+2 seating and everything must line up with the windows.
You don't get that with new build down south.
I know but as this thread shows the north west members seem to want their cake and eat it but not pay for it.
Well let's see if they look after these first. If they do then they can have some newer trains in a few years, - no not 321s either!![]()
Just for your info these are the confirmed runs that will be worked by 319s until the May timetable change which will then see further 319's introduced.
0616,0716,0916,1215,1416,1516,1713,1814 Liverpool-Man Air and 0735,0840,1040,1340,1540,1640,1840,1940 Man Air-Liverpool
As far as the 319 diagrams go, there are no booked 319 diagrams showing on weekends so far. The Liverpool night 'ferry' driver on a Sunday night will bring the two units off Allerton at 0542 for the Monday morning services and then split them at Liverpool.
365s?
It should be 319379 (Thameslink livery) - as the unit is not modified in any way and not suitable for the L&M line services. Being used for Driver Training as far as I am aware.
That one will definitely be a Lime St driver as they are the only ones to sign Allerton TMD.
The only reason Lime St wouldn't work a Lime St diagram is if it's due to shortages or STP'd.
Off to FGW.
Off to FGW.
Is that true? Or am I missing something?
According to latest Modern Railways there is a Cascade Plan (so much for DfT leaving it to the market...). If this is to be believed GW gets 110mph 387s from Thameslink but slower trains from Paddington will use those 365s that GTR doesn't need to keep.

Something back on topic, it seems the DfT is thinking of giving Northern all the 319s along with the 350/4 released in the next franchise.
