I noticed that too. I was also told that at a Southern station the other day when i had asked. It is a shame the loo roll has started infesting the GTR network a few weeks ago. It is not clear though whether they even have the ability to issue on CCST on request? I have heard from some others that the Worldline system does not let you select the ticket type but others like Fujitsu and TTK allow you to choose? So i am not certain but it may be that they are unable to rather than just that they are instructed not to?

Obviously they're still issuing Travelcards and non-London seasons on CCST at Epsom. They did specifically say they've been ordered not to use CCST on request for other tickets.

All I know is the date was initially set back to November 2024, then delayed further to August 2025 in the wake of that incident.

Interesting that passengers are requesting CCST format. Sounds like the flimsy bog roll format isn't popular.

I've had that at Leeds a couple of times, but normally everything is on card.

Quick query:

Given that GTR seem to have changed to these, does anyone know if Victoria is issuing bog roll for all journeys including South Eastern ones, or just South Central ?

My local GTR station can now issue to PRT but this morning I received two tickets on CCST and a card receipt on PRT.
