I have added 6 new photos to the collection of D.Drummond's K10 class 4-4-0
The London and South Western Railway K10 Class was a class of 40 4-4-0 steam locomotives designed for mixed traffic work. They were introduced on the London and South Western Railway in 1901 and 1902 to the design of Dugald Drummond, where they earned the nickname "Small Hoppers". In 1947 nos.136/8/49 & nos.342/4/7/81/7/8 were placed out of use leaving just thirty-one to enter into British Railways ownership upon nationalisation in 1948. However, with withdrawals rapidly continuing only no.381 physically received its new BR number (30381 in ‘Sunshine Yellow’ and still with ‘Southern’ on its black unlined tender). But it too was withdrawn (April 1951) before no.389 (failed July 1951) and no.384 (already condemned but serviceable to August 1951) (From Wikipedia)

I travelled on the Cumbrian Mountaineer behind 60532 Blue Peter yesterday Thursday 12th February 2026, it was the main part of a multi positioning rail tour, which involved 87002 taking the stock to Euston, and D400 Fearless back to Crewe early Thursday morning. Also D6851 Flopsie was involved in the turning at Carlisle
I was boarding at Crewe and earlier 60532 Blue Peter comes off The LSL Crewe depot. (Does anyone know what else was in steam as there seemed to be a boiler having a steam test but also something else out of view behind).

60532 Blue Peter & D400 Fearless at Crewe

60532 Blue Peter after arriving at Carlisle, once again it was a mad scrum to get photos here.

D6851 Flopsie now connected up to the Ecs is ready to leave for Upperby shed, and later turning the full train
60532 Blue Peter on the rear of the train now hauled by D6851 Flopsie with the Ecs leaves for Upperby shed

later just prior to sunset (sic),
D6851 Flopsie brings the Ecs with 60532 Blue Peter on the rear into Carlisle station for the return run to Crewe

60532 Blue Peter ready to depart back to Crewe

Chaos at Crewe after Blue Peter arrived back, as Diesel fans waited for D400, Steam fans swarmed around the front of Blue Peter, all trying to get photos on a narrow platform not helped by young kids running in front of everybody with their mobile phone on a tripod getting in everybody's way.
