Uh-oh, I'm going to be dropping down the table again then!

I'm either looking at getting pushing towards 3,000 miles on Sunday and Monday, or topping up my mileage by a smaller amount and getting my shack scores up. It's proving to be a tough choice, but I certainly want to knock down by a country mile my requirements lists too. So I think it's obvious what I'm going to end up doing

After a very enjoyable last week in which I racked up 2791 miles, I am now on 4734 YTD.

Just prepping to go on day 3 of 4 of playing with London Midland trains and stations and have just sorted out my mileage for YTD which now stands at 3954. 4000 mile mark will be broken by the time I get to Manchester.

ALRs number 2 and 3 for the year plus a trip to Tweedbank has seen my yearly figure increase to 16591

Finally managed to get my mileage up to date. After a better than expected month, I'm up to 4,522 miles so far for this year, putting me in 7th place (excluding the 999,999 entry) for the time being at least. I'm not sure if I'm going to manage 2,000+ miles again in March, but we'll see what happens.

Looks like Mr Quinn has still to update his position on the table, as I'm still 10th yet!

I'm now on 2,821 miles for 2016 thus far, which is 821 miles ahead of the target for the end of February. Not bad for a part time basher I say! I also managed 1,023 miles in February, not bad at all in my eyes for a quiet month!

March is scheduled to be quiet for rail action, with just a return trip to Gatwick on UK shores so far this month coming up. Plenty of foreign mileage on the way, and tons of air mileage of course Not that I expect to be able to find any data on the New York Subway or indeed any other bits over there...

1676 miles for me in February without any major days out. This gives me a total of 3666 ytd.

In February I travelled more on LUL and DLR than I did on National Rail services, the first time that has happened since I started noting down all journeys at the beginning of 2015.

National Rail: 240 miles 32 chains.
LUL and DLR: 255 miles 78 chains.
Total: 496 miles 30 chains.

However, on 2 March I travelled from London to do the Cumbrian Coast line, resulting in 691 miles 30 chains alone on that trip (plus 12 miles 30 chains for LUL/DLR on the way home, having taken buses there in the morning). That beat February's National Rail total by some distance, almost done in one go (as Euston to Lancaster is 229 miles 8 chains).

Some more journeys sees my 2015 total at
National Rail: 1615 miles 45 chains.
LUL/DLR/Tramlink: 589 miles 9 chains.
Total: 2204 miles 54 chains.

Having clocked up 57 and one eighth miles on the Isle of Man railway yesterday, it strikes me that we don't have a mileage chart for it on the site. So here are the numbers:

I think you've got your metric and imperial mixed up! It's 2.48km (according to LU working timetable)

After a new record best month for rail mileage (beating my previous record of 2,738 miles in September 2015 by over 250 miles), I'm now up to 7,635 miles exactly, which for now puts me in 4th place.

After an ALR and a day on my now free Arriva Northern pass I am up to 20786.3
My overall mileage including work is 33662.22

Excluding my New York moves, I'm now up to date finally! I'll be working on adding them eventually, but for now I'm happy to report that I'm currently on 4,727 miles for 2016 so far. That's 727 miles ahead of target too, which is nice. 1,301 miles in April, which I consider to be quite good for me.

15th place in the table as things stand, until everyone else updates their totals. Thankfully I've got a decent bit of mileage coming up in just under 2 weeks, will be several hundred over 3 days that's for sure.
