My intel dates from July 2025. So at that time, 3260/3532 had motor issues.
Well, 247 is out with 138 today ( on diagram 236 )... so there's a very high chance it was the same pairing yesterday.

Ahh thanks, seems to me that TfL is still delayed, 3562 hasn’t returned to service, same as 3554, 3543, 3267 which was meant to return in August (Also 3544 which I believe may have been stopped now unless it’s getting a bogie overhaul)

1972 mk1 unit 3411/4511/3511 was withdrawn on 02/09/99 with car 3511 being scrapped on 03/03/14. Car 4511 went to Acton Works (for conversion to part of the Asset Train on 18/10/18 I believe, from Golders Green Depot via Ruislip and Hainault Depots iirc), car 3411 was finally scrapped on 03/07/21.
Thanks for the update on 3411 - I did vaguely think I had heard it had been removed for scrap. I don't know whether its ghost still lingers on Google Earth, the copyright date of images is not always an indication of when the image was taken, but possibly the vehicles now shown are not 3411/4511/3511, but some of the 1962TS pilot or sandite fleet.
All of the cars visible around the rear of Hainault Depot on Google Maps are 1959/62TS, identifiable as such by their windows when in the 3D view. The car furthest from the buffers in the more northerly siding is in the white / blue livery applied to the Rail Adhesion Trains, presumably this is former sandite car 9459 which was withdrawn and replaced with a former spare in 2015. The other two are silver Driving Motors with their cabs facing, while in the other siding appears to be ex-Cravens Heritage Trains 4-car 1962TS unit 1506, more recently sold back to LU for parts. As these cars are split from each other the imagery may have been taken not long before that unit was removed from Hainault?
If im not wrong 3511s cab was fused onto 3538, rest probably got scrapped but yeah this info seems right
Northern Line 1995 Stock units 51542/51543 are still stored at Golders Green as far as I'm aware

Can't see it on Intertube, but there's a couple of even numbered leading sets just come out of Northfield but which haven't yet reversed anywhere so I can't see what's on the other end... I'd suggest keeping an eye on Intertube every half hour or so.
