Goig out to take some photos of the London midland 321s tomorrow and just wondering. Do the diagrams booked to go into Euston run in pairs?
Sunday sees the end of 321 Operations with London Midland and its various predecessors, the units have served them well for the best part of 26 years.
The final LM 321 service is scheduled to be the 1507 Watford Jn-St Albans Abbey and return, with the 1607 and return the first servoce worked by the 319's.

The 321s are going to ScotRail (once they've been to Doncaster for refurb and shortening to 3 car), they will be replaced on LM by 319s displaced from Thameslink.
That should lead to some interesting maneuvers around Watford that afternoon as I understand that the St Albans unit is "locked" into the branch.
In peak, yes. Off peak, no. As far as I remember.

2 to LO for a fair while as posted on the other thread though.
Last bit of the WCML I grew up with finally going...

Booked swap Sunday afternoons.
413/415/417 flying the flag today.

I heard recently that they're staying 4 car now? Can't remember who or what thread but it was on here.

I was also on this train - was this the last 321 passenger working on the WCML?
Edit: Apparently not. Last is the 22:24 EUS-NMP: https://twitter.com/James_H_1991/status/644749468366147586
They could have least tidied 216 up a bit, ie removed the TGN posters (although looked like another passenger had them)
Also despite the sceptism there was a 1247 Northampton-Ilford with the units for LOROL (unallocated, but two from 414/415/417 presumably)
