Birmingham New Street, on a scheduled Wrexham and Shropshire service. Which was interesting.
I'd say that doesn't count as per the OP's criteria, as they're regularly timetabled to pass through non-stop, "Don't include stations were it is possible to run non-stop through on a timetable service everyday"
Preston on an SRPS tour
Also doesn't match the OP's criteria of a timetabled service, rather than a charter.
Hereford (wag) Bham Intl and Cov (WSMR) anything between Reading and Padd, Didcot Parkway, Newbury, I think thats about it!
None of these match the criteria though.
Do Wargrave and Shiplake count?
Never heard of them!
Not a large station per sé but a fairly major player really...Stoke-on-Trent

Yeah, I'd say that counts. Can't think of any booked non-stop trains through SOT!

The master cutler once got diverted through derby instead of going through Alfreton. It was around 3-4 years ago when it only called at Chesterfield

Does the Caledonian Sleeper pass through any?
Which one? ;) The route does vary. When I did the sleeper a lot in 2006 (when 37 haulage was coming to an end), the northbound Highland sleeper always went via Northampton, but this no longer seems to be the case. The normal route of this train appears to be to use the main WCML route (Trent Valley, avoiding Northampton, avoiding Stoke etc) but this can vary in the event of engineering works. It calls at WFJ, CRE and PRE before entering Scotland. The southbound is the same, but without the WFJ stop. If it's late expect to go via NMP to avoid delaying Pendolinos. An unadvertised stop was (and I assume still is?) made at CAR (for loading food and possibly crew purposes?) The lowland sleeper calls at WFJ and CAR before entering Scotland, but I believe makes an unadvertised stop at CRE. This train used to usually be booked via Stechford & Wolves avoider however this no longer appears to be the case and it is booked on the main WCML.

I guess Caledonain Sleeper diversions up, or down, the East Coast must pass through York and Newcastle without stops. Could throw Darlington and Durham in too if there classed as 'BIG'

When I did the sleeper via the ECML, we stopped at NCL and I got off at YRK! Darlo & Durham have regular non-stop services, although it's possible that nothing is booked non-stop through Darlo station itself.

Interesting one, I think it has already been possible to do Lincoln as there were diverts through there last year (or was it two years ago?)

Newark - Doncaster diversions go via Boultham Junction and Pyewipe Junction missing out Lincoln Central. If they went via Lincoln they would have to reverse - unless they did a full circle at Immingham which I dont think would be vey practical.

I remember thundering through Preston behind a 37 one night on a Blackpool - Man Vic service in the early 90s. Thought all those services stopped there so was very surprised when the driver opened up on the approach!

Sheffield. :D On a diverted Crosscountry Voyager, after the southbound EMT service that had departed before us failed around Dronfield. My train departed Sheffield as normal, cleared the tunnels at the west end of the station towards Dore and Totley, and was then held for about 15 minutes before going backwards through Sheffield station non stop to gain the Darnall line.

Can also claim Hexham on diverted GNER and East Coast services.

Would Stockton count before the days of Grand Central? It was impossible to do it non stop at the time I did it: On a diverted ECML Crosscountry service that ran via the Stillington freight lines from Ferryhill. That one may be null and void now.

Bristol TM?

Actually, come to think of it, no. We were diverted (Paddington to Penzance service) and not scheduled to stop there, although we pulled in to a platform. Somebody then decided that, as we had a few minutes, they would let people on and off after all.

I have done something similar at Manchester Piccadilly when the line to Crewe was blocked near Wilmslow. The ATW service left platform 3 crossing right over to the right hand side of the approach lines. Here we reversed and then ran "wrong" line through P13 at Piccadilly and P1 at Oxford Road before crossing over and heading for Warrington to join the WCML and head to Crewe that way

Very very very cheeky to add this, but two slow trains London-WGC that didn't stop at Welham Green. One was a long time ago when a broken down freight train blocked the slow line and we had to use the fast track (and Welham Green doesn't have platforms on that line, unlike most stations on that route) and the second time was due to engineering works.

(do Tube station weekend closures count? ;) )

You can add Woverhampton, Birmingham international and Coventry to that list, on diversions you can add Chester, Crewe, Stafford and many of the WCML stations also. In the old timetable, Banbury, Leamington also

I've been through Leeds Non-Stop on a Wakefield - Kings Cross via Hambleton Junction divert service after a Shed failed and the service ran about an hour late, therefore everyone from Leeds was taken for a free spin via Wakefield Kirkgate to Wakefield Westgate and back via Outwood.

Done Leeds non-stop as well on gner. Derailment near Doncaster so we went round Leeds. Should have stopped but not everyone that needed to know was told. Stopped at Wakefield instead for people to double back.

Ive done that at Nottingham, Was booted off a failed 158 to Liverpool, and hurded onto a waiting 158 in the bay platform at the other end of the station, we had to leave towards Grantham and return back through Nottingham station in the right direction for Liverpool.

Think that would count, all services I know stop there, including the Sundays only HPL - DAR and vice versa as well.

Would special shuttles count as well (such as Tall Ships)?

I once did Watford to Surrey Quays non-stop on a tube special. Watford v Millwall. Didn't even get a signal check at Baker Street. Return journey stopped at Kings Cross for about 15 mins (not sure why) but other than that was also non-stop.

Been through Rochdale and various other Calder Valley stations on diversions which I think don't have scheduled passing trains normally. Also, been through Castleford non-stop several times on scheduled TPE services and passed through Wakefield Kirkgate and Westgate non-stop on the same run a couple of times on a diverted Sheffield - Leeds stopper. Been diverted through Bat & Ball a couple of times as well which I don't think is supposed to have fast trains.

Moorfields bc of fire alarm evacuation.
Similarly Hamilton Square and possibly others before I started paying attention to these things.

Banbury, on diversion (unless there's something that is scheduled not to stop?).

My aim is to make this happen in Runcorn one day...
