Sorry, it's not Leeds, for as far as I know, the L&Y reached Leeds Central and the LNWR Leeds City, so there was no interchange, as such, except on foot!
Nor is it York or Sheffield Victoria, as my pre-grouping atlas shows York as being purely NE and Sheffield Victoria being GC.

You are on the right side of the Pennines, but not as far north as York nor south as Sheffield.

Neither the L&Y nor the LNWR regularly reached Doncaster.
I'm thinking of a station where these companies used to share the metals regularly, and interchange between the two was possible, and still is between the lines concerned today.

You're in the right area [West Yorkshire].
But Bradford Exchange was joint between the L&Y and the GN, not the LNWR.

You're very, very near.
Huddersfield was LNWR & LY, but did have a billiards room? I don't think so.
Think of another station on the Huddersfield-Leeds line.

No - you've gone too far!!

[Dewsbury didn't have a regular L&Y service, and apart from one through line taken out, it's not been drastically rationalised].

NO - Brighouse isn't on the direct Huddersfield-Leeds line and was not served by the LNWR.
You've gone all round it.

Brighouse or Mirfeild

You must have added "Mirfield" after I'd last checked!

Yes, Mirfield is right.

The LNWR line from Manchester Exchange to Leeds via Huddersfield shared the metals through Mirfield with the L&Y line from Manchester Victoria to Normanton & York. It was possible to change trains there from one to the other, as indeed it still is today.
Mirfield had a billiards room, and was originally a station with bay platforms and an overall roof, c.f. the basic provisons today.

So, over to you!

Oh dear, mine are always really easy or really hard...

OK

4 lines used meet at me, I was electrified one way and one of my lines is now electrified a different way, now I have one through route and a branch to a depot.

I suspect that is really easy...

OK, you can have another clue to rule out of lot of possibilities, it's north of the A5 and A14

Guide bridge does fit the criteria, but...

all four lines are still open... My station only has three routes away from it still open, and only two in common use from the station itself (come on, this is really easy now)

Bearing in mind I have absolutely no knowledge of the GMPTE area (I presume it's there)

Should I say if it is or not?

OK, bit more of narrowing for you, one of this stations routes was served by one type of electrification, but the route was electrified later with a diferent system

Not macclesfeild...

One last clue...

The station iself it no longer in regular public service, but lines in three directions are still open, one is electrified but not in the origonal type of electrification.

5 platforms. 3 directions (N,S,W). Formerly a fourth (yes, E!).
