As for Middlesbrough station, whilst the town itself might not be the nicest place in the world (though I don't think it entirely deserves its reputation) the station is very nice, plenty of original architecture in evidence both inside and out, and as clagmonster says it has a very nice NER tile map as well. Shame the Luftwaffe decided to carry out some renovations 70 odd years ago or it would still perhaps have an overall roof.

The only bit of Middlesbrough I have ever seen is the walk from the station to the Riverside Stadium and back. Next time I go I'll wear something warm because it will be a cold day in hell when it happens ;)

Happy belated Birthday indeed - wasn't able to make the 'celebrations' or the two weeks after it but nevertheless, it happened eventually :P

And in typical fashion, I am back a few hours too late! I recognised those points  and I knew exactly where it was from the original pic!

Obviously showing the depot in the background was a dead giveaway!!! (a depot I've actually been round...woohoo!)

The station at 'Boro has nice elements to it. In particular the old North Easter map on the main eastbound platform.

Been to Middlesbrough by train once and I have to say, despite the weather leaving something to be desired, I was very impressed by the station itself - much, much better than I had expected!

Since it has been a little while, I'll grab the open floor

May be quite easy

Not likely to check this until at least lunchtime - if someone wishes to mind it while I am at work to keep the game moving, feel free to PM me which I will try and pick up first thing in the morning :)

Birmingham Moor Street ??

It is Birmingham Moor Street - a station which previously hasn't made an appearance on this quiz!

The cropping was deliberate and I'll post the original pic this evening - 150001 was leading that service. Pic is from beginning of August

Because I remember the amount of trees behind the station - they cover about 70% of the platforms now!
