Had to beat a hasty retreat at the KWVR steam gala yesterday because my sons (aged 6 and 8) thought it was hilarious to shout 'kettle veg!' at the massed ranks of kettle veg on the footbridge at Haworth! On the one hand this was a bit embarrassing, but on the other, the diesel crank in me felt a slight touch of pride!

Lucky guess??? Am I really right?

I'd been to Gravesend and remembered that sandy coloured brickwork. I had a hunch you were based somewhere in the South East as you posted a picture of Dagenham before. I was thinking of maybe picking another station in a town along that line like Ramsgate, but as I thought Gravesend first I thought it better not to think twice.
