Gospel Oak to Barking was my initial thought when I saw the picture but discounted this with the colours of the station.
Most LO stations are covered with orange "temporary signs" again why I discounted it. Should have followed my instinct.

Deffo hilsea, the booking office is either open or closed (i.e. unused), SWT and NRE cannot decide - could Matt taylor confirm this?
