It very well should do. Otherwise, well, McLaren might as well spend the rest of the season telling Piastri to screw Max over at every opportunity. My daughter informs me that in one of the post race interviews Verstappen ( Verstuffed...?) stated quite openly that he was only interested in preventing Norris from winning the race and that's why he did it.
Assuming he actually did say that ( did anyone else see the interviews? ) then isn't that something which is deserving of a full investigation over his conduct?
He’s not the first to do that and probably won’t be the last.My daughter informs me that in one of the post race interviews Verstappen ( Verstuffed...?) stated quite openly that he was only interested in preventing Norris from winning the race and that's why he did it.

Agreed, his poor performances have cost red bull the constructors championship. I wonder what deal liberty did to keep Perez at red bull after the summer break..After last night, honestly that was nothing short of positively shambolic from Sergio Perez.
It’s sadly nothing new in F1. Michael Schumacher was allowed to get away with outright dangerous driving for years and years. It's mad how much Max has been allowed to get away with.
Given the wind tunnel advantages of finishing third, I get the distinct impression Red Bull don’t care too much.Agreed, his poor performances have cost red bull the constructors championship
His retention is one of the most bizarre decisions ive seen in F1 after watching it for 40+ yearsAfter last night, honestly that was nothing short of positively shambolic from Sergio Perez.
i am sure the coin he brings comes in useful even for Red Bull! Telemex are a sponsor of Red Bull and will bail out once Perez leaves. His retention is one of the most bizarre decisions ive seen in F1 after watching it for 40+ years

Schumi, however, was also much better at running the "behind the scenes" stuff. It's said that Schumi knew every mechanic's first name off by heart, and it's also been semi-corroborated by Mercedes staff who mentioned that Schumi knew everyone's names on day 1 in 2010.I feel Verstappen and Michael Schumacher are very similar. They both have an analytical win at all costs attitude. They don’t seem to have a filter that says, yes, I want to win… but not like that… Neither seem to care about their reputation or the fact their legacy many be tarnished by dishonesty. Maybe calling the sociopaths is extreme, but if the cap fits…
Logically running Norris of the road the second time made sense. Verstappen was very aware he’d struggle to beat Norris legitimately on race pace. However the Ferraris could challenge Norris, especially if Norris’s race was compromised in some way early on. So Verstappen made sure that when he was passed by Norris that he compromised Norris’s race to minimise the points loss. Tactical brilliance, the fact that this was unsporting doesn’t matter…to him.
I think strong contextual penalties need to be made available to the stewards. It’s the only way to punish these sorts of offences, the normal racing rules just don’t begin cover it.

It's the right way up when you click on the picture to enlarge it.(not sure why the trophy ended up on its side....).

is it endorsed with any points? They also had Max Verstappen's first Super Licence certificate there.
Basically, yes."UTC" is the same thing as GMT right?
Why can't they just say GMT then?Basically, yes.
Why can't they just say GMT then?
Why can't who say it?
F1.Why can't who say it?
Decades? What? Time around the world has always been measured with GMT as the starting point. That's the way it's been since I was a kid. That exactly why GMT exists.Because GMT is no longer the standard to determine time and hasn't been for decades.
Because time zones like GMT have been deprecated in technical usage. What was previously GMT is now UTC+0.Why can't they just say GMT then?
