My 2 housemates + one's boyfriend just came to see if I was ok.... They were just subjected to about 100 minutes of "NOOOOOO" and then in the last 50 or so "YESSSS GET THE <bestnotsaythiswordonhere> IN".
Leeds 3 - 2 Doncaster. New lad Rogers sounded good, until he got knocked out and concussed. Played 10 minutes for the whites and then got stretchered off and taken to hospital, he can't remember the incident.
Warnock gave the half time talk after watching from the stands, and gave a very solid post match interview.

Now if only Bates, Harvey and (hides from backlash of the other Leeds fans on here) Lorimer could bugger off leaving us with a board that care.

I've been told that Diouf spat at McCormack and then McCormack butted him and Pascal Chimbonda pushed a female steward into a drinks cabinet. Both teams locked in the dressing rooms and interviewed by Police.

I can imagine the scenes, I loved the goal celebrations vs Milwall when I was in the South Stand Lower (Dec 3rd).

Don't go often as being a student I straight up cannot afford it. Even if I could though - not another penny for "uncle kenny".

If the 5-0 away defeat is a taste of things to come, Oldham Athletic will need to be looking at a "football atlas" to see where all the League 2 teams play next season.

I have been a little bit out of things recently due to a flood at home but i wanted to update you all on goings on at Darlo.

We are now trying to raise enougth money to control the club. The new company is selling shares in itself for £100 each. It is a long journey that we are embarking on but if it comes off we will have a true community intrest company running a community club.

That is split into three distinct tranches:

1) £250k to take the club out of administration and pay football creditors
2) £250k to meet other creditors/CVA fees etc
3) £250k to allow for a war chest ging forward

Darlorich, could I suggest looking at exeter city as an example where fan ownership has worked. Exeter were in the conference in administration, and was purchased off the administrators by a fans trust. Are now punching above all expectations in league one. There is a BBC football blog at the moment about exeter citys plight. Go to BBC football then league 1 then exeter city and you'll find it.

Without Rangers the SPL would crumble, as much as I hate Celtic the derby is the main event of that league. There is already a lack of interest in the SPL or Scottish football in general in comparison to the English league, which I think is a shame as there are some good teams and the matches are quite good to watch.

So, like some banks, Rangers is too "big" to let die?
Another view might be that, without the Old Firm to dominate things, the rest of the SPL might actually believe they could win, and hence become more competitive. More clubs would get experience in Europe and the money that comes with it

Absolutely no chance of that happening unless Celtic go the same way as Rangers to be frank.

I'm not so sure. At the moment there are two teams "guaranteed" to take the top two places. Take one away, and you have the plum prize of a place in the Champions league available for the rest. This in itself could raise standards. Then you have also removed the "assistance" the two big teams give to each other; they are each keeping the others opposition in their place (As has been said, winning the SPL depends currently on the results of Old Firm matches, but for every match outside them that Rangers win, it keeps the other team away from Celtic, and vice versa). Add in that it is almost impossible to win every match - currently a win against Rangers is chiefly a boost for Celtic, but take one away and the effect is more general. In short, a league with only one dominant team could quickly become more competitive than one with two big teams.

Loathsome?? I'm sure that everyone dislikes various things about MOST clubs XCD but thats just 'forcing your' bias opinion on persons who think different, your right to dislike for whatever reason, but IMHO it's 'OTT'
