Huge win for Oldham as P. Clarke scored in 91st mins to win game for Latics and move them up to 21st in table and now only point behind Swindon.

Sheridan record since coming back as Oldham manager is W.L.W.L.W as we play MK Dons on Tues night it should end up win for MK in that match.

This match against a top five side was a good test of the recent improvement at Hyde. Scarborough took an early lead but Hyde scored twice in reply by half time and added another with ten minutes to go, before Scarborough scored at the very end of the game.

Hyde now up to 14th place.

Winchester City picked up a third consecutive win as they comfortably dispatched the basement boys. After a quiet first half, they took the lead in spectacular fashion as Craig Feeney scored with an overhead kick from an angle. Stuart Green doubled City's lead with a sidefooted volley and Feeney then made it three with a low shot which crept in at the back post. There was still time for Joe Briggs to hit the bar from 20 yards but City were home and dry with an outside chance of making the top 5.

Of course all the headlines will be about "class-gate", though Gary Monk's attempt to claim some imaginary moral high-ground doesn't seem to have worked, thanks to the game being on TV and most people being capable of thinking for themselves.

Anybody been to Norwich City recently. Travelling from London to see Newcastle play there next week. 19:45 KO and my train back is at 22:00. How long does it take to walk from station to ground, there site suggests approx. 10 minutes, is this correct?

I heard about that, though didn't see it. The club have rightly said that the idiots who brought the flag in will be banned for life- provocation on such a sensitive issue is something 99.9% of Huddersfield fans would readily condemn.

However, the two events are completely unrelated to each other, so I'm unsure of the point you're trying to make.

10 minutes sounds about right, the ground is easy to find from the station and around half a mile away. Turn left when you leave the station and you should be able to see the ground.

Not been taking much interest in football recently due to personal events so Darlo updates have been thin on the ground. We have slipped to 7th in Conference North. Since beating Harrogate easily at the end of October we have been on a bad run. We have played 12 in the league winning only 2 and drawing 5. We also got knocked out of the FA Cup and Trophy.

However on Boxing day we beat Halifax at home in Darlington. This was our first home game for nearly 5 years. For a fan owned and funded club to survive, fight back to Conference North and fund a new if simple ground is superb.

Seems like a "can't they both lose?" situation!

Following the fracas on Sunday, David Wagner and "saint" Garry Monk, have both been charged by the FA, as have both clubs.

Huddersfield boss David Wagner and Leeds counterpart Garry Monk have been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.

The charges come after the pair were involved in a confrontation near the end of the Terriers' 2-1 win on Sunday.

In addition, both clubs have been charged with failing to ensure their players 'conducted themselves in an orderly fashion'.

The clubs have until 18:00 GMT on Friday to respond to the charges.

So are we, apparently. Though our last two performances have me paying more attention to the gap between us and 2nd place, than the gap between us and 7th.

A great result for us against Birmingham City last night, I was really impressed with the team's display throughout the match. It was great for Jordan Rhodes and Sam Winnall to get their first goals for the club, and in particular to see the former celebrate his goal with his father Andy, The Owls' goalkeeping coach.

I'm looking forward to the Blackburn game on Tuesday, hopefully another three points for us.

We're now up to 3rd, thanks to a scrappy 2-1 win at QPR which was apparently our first ever league win at Loftus Road! Good to see Peter Clarke bag another for Oldham, even though it was one of only 3 results which let me down in my 10-game acca, as I'd got it down for a draw!

It think people would expect Oldham to loses that match anyway but way pattern been going since Sheridan came back you would expect them to win today and that what happened.

Other big win this for Oldham and with Bury beat Swindon 1-0 it mean Oldham have move out of relegation zone for first time since begin of September.

I hope so too, from what I've seen of him off the pitch Jordan comes across as a really great guy who's happy to be with us. I'm just happy he's scoring for us rather than against us now, that's all I can say!

I don't want to speak too soon, but mane may well be a very important cog in the Liverpool wheel. Barely won a match or even score whilst he was at Afcon, he's back and we get a good win again. I may well have been underestimating his importance.

That's right, we are chasing Newcastle and Brighton now, the rest are chasing us. Still think we are in with a good shout of making the top 2, Newcastle have still to come to us too. Another 3 points on Tuesday and we are right in the mix on 61. Exciting times at Town.
