Could be either. For all the statistics kept in football the amount of dodgy decisions in favour of teams is not kept but of course it is not always easy to get a consensus even among experts (and pundits ) with access to tv replays

Rangers seem to be in the news quite a lot at present for one thing or another. The latest one being that the board of the Scottish FA have unanimously rejected the request made by Mike Ashley to increase his shareholding in Rangers from the existing level of 8.92% to a figure of 29.9%.

What's a common factor? They're all near the top of the table and have been for years. I know you're not replying to me but my beef is that top teams get more favourable decisions than lower teams.

Well Aston Villa have the answer in their own hands...just become a top-four Premiership side, then all your problems about that particular matter and also not receiving a fair viewing and hearing from the sports media will be at an end....

On a more mundane level, do you think that Aston Villa will make a formal attempt to obtain Tom Cleverley in the January transfer window?

Oldham 1-2 Crewe

We got rob by referee in this game as we should had penalty when our player Mills look like he got foul in box but ref didn't give it then 15/20 sec later Crewe scored winning goal in which was good goal by Crewe player Ajose, injured time we should got penalty when Crewe player was holding on Ibehre shirt but ref pointed for corner.

All in all we played a lot better then last two matches and we should aleast got point in this game but to be fair on Crewe they were good team and even when they went down to 10 men they didn't sit back and attack us when they got they chance.

That sets things up nicely for Boxing Day and New Years Day with the top two in Conference North playing each other twice.

I see AFC Fylde won top two clash by beating Barrow 3-2 and replace Barrow at top of Conference North division.

Obviously it does not mean Pardew would definitely be going to Palace as he still needs to agree personal terms with them, but this is frequently a prerequisite to the manager of the compensated club being given permission to talk to the club offering the compensation.

It's depressing at the moment, no creativity at all. Pride Park is not a happy ground for us even when we are playing well so I wasn't expecting much on Tuesday night. On the plus side, the stewards were very friendly bringing my dad a hot drink in the freezing conditions.

My eldest daughters boyfriend is a Leeds fan so I know what you are going through at the moment. And yet we went to Elland Road a few weeks a go and you played so well and deserved to win.

I see bottom six teams in Premiership didn't lose today but only Hull were team to win in that bottom six.

(26th December) I see AFC Fylde won top two clash by beating Barrow 3-2 and replace Barrow at top of Conference North division.

I see these two teams met again today and just like boxing day AFC Fylde beat Barrow by 2-1 and move three points clear at top of Conference North division.

Poor old Hyde they were drawing 1-1 to Stalybridge at half time but let in six goals in second half to lose 7-1, that win for Stalybridge have move them out of relegating zone but leave Hyde 11 points behide Stalybridge in Conference North table.
