Was on my usual journey up to London yesterday and as we passed Ashford there was a Class 395 that had been separated into different sections with one of the driving cars standing next to what looked like a low loader. Wondering if this is the one that had the accident at Ramsgate being taken away for repair. Thought this might be useful info for some of you.
If you take a look at this group (class385/395/800-803/805/807/810 Hitachi group on FB) someone has posted some videos of the individual carriages been taken away by low loader.

Can't share the videos to here as they are posted to the group and not via YouTube.

Possibly a daft question but why wasn’t the unit split and the parts which weren’t off the rails moved out of harms way asap?
I’m sure there’s a reason but I can’t see one…

A video has emerged of 2 of the vehicles of 395 008 leaving Ramsgate on road transporters. The title says they are going to Southampton (although I do not know where in Southampton)
