It doesn't really need to be confirmed, but you are quite right. The clue took me about two seconds after seeing the name of the statio.
The best I can do with the new one is Runcorn East but it has only a passing connection with the clue (run could mean jogging or jog, but not jogger).
I don't quite follow the 'Roger' element of Rogerstone (I can't really say I know anything about the Stones: Google was my friend).

Runcorn East is, however, the station I had in mind. Corn/callus/callous, a jogger on a run, and facing the morning sun in the East. (I've never done a cryptic crossword before either, so apologies if it wasn't very polished.)
Open floor.
Two more days gone and time for another hint.
[Mongol leader] mostly
surrounded by [prosperity]
The clue has now been broken up into meanings and the operations to perform on them.
I hope we can keep this thread going - I have another dozen clues ready to appear.
Rickmansworth?
Right, I've got it. Must be a bit of a leather head not to have cottoned onto this one earlier. I'll give somebody else a chance to get the answer though as I'm a bit pushed for time at the moment as far as thinking of a new clue is concerned.

Welol, as nobody else has said Bookham this morning and I've thought of a new clue, I'll say it!
New clue (although it will probably be solved in 5 mins):-
I play cricket but I don't bat and I don't bowl.

)Bookham! Gah! I thought I’d tried all possible permutations of “Mongol leader possibly”, even looking on Wikipedia to find other Mongol leaders. Just thought “kha” looked unlikely somehow.
Badpan’s clue is Ifield. Nice easy clue coming up… (for Seacook to solve immediately)

Handle ball mostly on noggin
Give you 10 minutes.
Not heathrow, thinking along the right lines though.
Second try, how about Nutfield?
Euston, we have a problem...

Assuming that's right, here's our next stop:
Rebel's head put in saucepan
For the last few days I've known how the answer is made up (confirmed by today's hint), but I just don't know what it is!! Another clue in 2 days indicating the region in which its situated and/or type of station please, if nobody's got it by then.
