It doesn't really need to be confirmed, but you are quite right. The clue took me about two seconds after seeing the name of the statio.
The best I can do with the new one is Runcorn East but it has only a passing connection with the clue (run could mean jogging or jog, but not jogger).

I don't quite follow the 'Roger' element of Rogerstone (I can't really say I know anything about the Stones: Google was my friend).
Runcorn East is, however, the station I had in mind. Corn/callus/callous, a jogger on a run, and facing the morning sun in the East. (I've never done a cryptic crossword before either, so apologies if it wasn't very polished.)

Roger is a slang term for fornication (and a lot less vulgar than most). The word "instruction" indicated that the answer could be read as an imperative, or order. The words "roger (a) Stone" can thus be read as an order to a groupie.

After the requisite ten minutes (15 actually) the best I can see is Heathrow although that is not the full name of any station. Worth a try, though.

This is surely Stockport.
I had a frustrating time with Euston - it never occurred to me that "tell" might be a homophone indicator.
Assuming I am correct with this one let's try

Two days later and time for more information. This could actually stand as a cryptic crossword clue since it contains both a cryptic part, including an indicator to the clue type, and a definition of the answer; obviously the definition refers to something else with the same name as a station.

Two more days and another hint. Think of why the clue (necessarily) includes "dime" rather than "ten cents" or a British coin.
Still no takers, so

For the last few days I've known how the answer is made up (confirmed by today's hint), but I just don't know what it is!! Another clue in 2 days indicating the region in which its situated and/or type of station please, if nobody's got it by then.
