I see BT have got the rights to the ashes down under along with a couple of other comps

The next question i guess I will BT be sending over thier own commentary team or will they do everything on the cheap and just use Channel 9's feed for The Ashes.
They're no doubt going to use CH9's feed for the international for the '16 SA series and CH10's feed for BBL games.
If they do it on the cheap I would just keep the sound on mute and listen to BBC/ABC. CH9's commentary team is nothing but rubbish.
If you want insightful commontary on what is happening on the field of play with the odd story and a few laughs go elsewhere.
If you want commentary on "Dirty Rotten Pizzas", fancy dress parties and people talking non stop about inane rubbish than the actual product on the field then 9 is the place to be.
The good old days of Richie, Tony, Bill(Bill still does the boxing day game), Chappell(Still does it) of them talking about the action in front of them are sadly long gone.
At least bumble and Vaughn raise the IQ of the 9 box when they're on.
Here's sort of what I'm on about:

It's bad enough to lose the Ashes. It's worse when we had our lot doing the commentary.
About the only thing 9 do well these days is thier camerawork and montages.
