As I understand it Rudyard is the HQ of the Rudyard Lake Railway

I think that a "heritage" small gauge/narrow gauge heritage operation is seen as somewhat different in the rules definition that normally covers standard gauge heritage stations in operation. See Rule 3.

If so then (for instance) the Bala Lake Railway's reopened stations should be included next time we pass that way.
