Last time we passed this way we went through to Guild Street, which seemed a bit doubtful to me. It turns out that there was a horse tram which made the connection!

It then follows the line of the Stafford and Uttoxeter Railway
It then follows the line of the LNWR Stafford to Shrewsbury Line
It then follows the line of the Shrewsbury and Welshpool Railway
It then follows the line of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Llanidloes and Newtown Railway
It then follows the line of the Mid-Wales Railway
It then follows the line of the Neath and Brecon Railway
It then follows the line of the Vale of Neath Railway
It then follows the line of the Llanelly Railway
It then follows the line of the Swansea District Line
It then follows the line of the South Wales Railway...link line only, no closed stations
It then follows the line of the Vale of Glamorgan Line...using the Penarth Dock loop line
It then follows the line of the Rhymney Railway
It then follows the line of the Senghenydd Branch Line
The journey ends at the closed station of Senghenydd

The first closed station on this journey is Wall Grange
