The move yesterday was to test the unit transitioning into the tunnel and to test the CBTC equipment. As it’s allocated to the tunnel testing it passed. 345018 has now been accepted by MTR so Not long now till it will finally be in passenger service345018 allocated to one of the normal tunnel working cycles today.
Appears to have worked the evening trip from Old Oak Common to Gidea Park and back yesterday.

[Picture shows a screen shot of output from TrackIt! with headcode '5I38' cancelled at signal berth C313 having travelled to berth 0142 at around 10pm on 8 May]
345016 in service out of Liverpool Street today (9 May) as well.
And there are four (?) remaining 7-car units awaiting lengthening?345067 reported elsewhere as being in service this morning out of Paddington completing the entry into passenger service of all 70 units. The diagram it was reported to be working goes into Old Oak Common Depot late morning.
The diagrams on the western side are now more complex with some switching between Heathrow and Reading services.
Three - 042/056/064. 345038 is converted but not yet in service. And there are four (?) remaining 7-car units awaiting lengthening?
Are the additional carriages at Old Oak or at Derby?
345 067 just ran ecs to Maidenhead; possibly will form the 16.00 to Paddington from platform 5.345067 reported elsewhere as being in service this morning out of Paddington completing the entry into passenger service of all 70 units. Ah good, think that one now goes onto Heathrow services later.345 067 just ran ecs to Maidenhead; possibly will form the 16.00 to Paddington from platform 5.
I'm only calculating based on RTT; I could be wrong... having said that, I'm heading back out to Hayes and Harlington to intercept it inbound.Ah good, think that one now goes onto Heathrow services later.
Edit - looks like 3N47 is forming 5R73 at Maidenhead (1602 to Reading then 9P73 1648 Reading to London Paddington) with a different unit for the 1600 from Maidenhead to PaddingtonI'm only calculating based on RTT; I could be wrong... having said that, I'm heading back out to Hayes and Harlington to intercept it inbound.
You've only around 40 years!!Confirmed... It's 345 053 on the 16.00 and I don't have time to wait for the other one to come back. ☹️
