Has anyone got any info regarding 321424?
It was in service yesterday. See my thread on twilight 321 workings. It was on the Southends

Little to report from Clacton today. The only non-PRM units I saw were 333 and 423. The former was moved to the Top Siding but there was a lot of shunting around with other units. I could not see what was in the depot as it was screened by a 322 and a Renatus behind it.

does anyone know what units are getting converted into parcels?
I don't know for certain but I believe 321.334 was the first one done

On another thread, it states 332, 407, 419, 428 and 429 are at Wolverton so these are possibilites but not certain

I assume the units will be checked for condition and be swapped around with those currently stored at Gasgoigne Wood unless the rot/corrosion being out in open store has set in already

I do not know of a definative list, units - even coaches can get swapped around

There is a pair of class 321 units heading to clacton after striking a car at great Bentley. Does anyone know what units they are?

50 passengers onboard. Detained by 09:30 from what I can see. Problems with a nearby building/structure is delaying reopening the line.

Lost somewhere within Bank-Monument tube station,
I had a journey on 321409 between Romford and Colchester on Saturday afternoon (the 1536 from Liverpool Street), didn't get the number of the Renatus unit it was coupled to, but as this was almost certainly the last time I'd catch a non-compliant Dusty Bin I didn't really care . Will definitely miss these on the GEML, a good solid train doing its job without complaint.

The toilets were an absolute shambles though, the doors were warped and couldn't even be shut, let alone locked, and the flush didn't work. Mind you, given it probably doesn't have more than a few weeks left, I'm guessing Abellio aren't too bothered.

What do you mean doors were warped?

Doors, depending on their material can bend out of shape due to many factors, but usually extreme temperature changes or misuse by passengers

Have all the remaining 321's left Parkeston? Presume they have.
Yes they left end off April early may 2021.
However unless any more off the most recent x22 survivors have only just been stored there in the past fortnight or so??.

Last time I went on 321409, the doors had no problem
