They are DRS locomotive pool codes.

XHCS and CE are the loco pool codes. All locos belong to a pool. In this case XH refers to a Private Owner, or Direct Rail. C refers to Chiltern and E refers to a loco being used by Chiltern and S is spare. A full list of Pool Codes is shown on the RCTS website.

The point I was making was that it's not possible to do that after "on the day" using Realtime Trains' "quick search" (the "search box" you're referring to) - even when using the "detailed" suffix, it can only search for workings "today" as it says (which means the same day as the search).

@XCTurbostar, we still don't know what workings all these headcodes refer to on days after they ran, because they can only be put into RealtimeTrains' "quick search" box on the same day as the day that the workings run.

Why aren't you providing the start points and times, destinations and Realtime Trains schedule links for these headcodes?

The schedules for the Mk.5 traincrew familiarisation workings are SX (Monday to Friday),
so you can look them up any day of the week, not just the day they are running.

Additionally, you can also do a 'location search' on RTT for any day in the past two weeks
(recently increased from seven days) which will show the schedules for all these workings
and which ones ran/didn't run on any given date.

All the training diagrams either start or end at one of Stourbridge Junction Depot, Banbury Depot and Wembley LMD (because those are the stabling points Chiltern are using for these sets). If you look at those locations on RTT and look for 3xxx headcodes you will find them. Other stock moves (e.g. Eastleigh TRSMD to Banbury) are running under 5xxx headcodes.

With responses like this, they may not bother in future...

They have provided a lot of information - and to do what you personally demand, would take a long time to produce.
