What I mean is no all day service until new trains are introduced:mad:

I'm pretty sure the main issue is the long signal spacing there? Very easy to end up with everything crawling on the section between Hammersmith and Acton Town. A 12tph frequency there is excellent when compared to the 6tph each that the major stations Richmond and Ealing Broadway get. And in any case subsurface stock is always superior to tube stock.

12tph is "Very Poor"??

Could it not be more to do with the planned service changes to the District Line under NTfL plans to change the patterns at Acton Town as to why the Piccadilly will be stopping all day at Turnham Green in order to maintain a through service to Acton Town?

Has the refurbishment been completed I haven't seen any 1972 tube stocks with the 2004 seats since New Years Eve last year.

Still many units to go through Acton Works before completion.

The moquette refresh has been completed, I believe. It was being carried out separately from the work at Acton which focuses on the structure of the cars.

I do still wonder why the Bakerloo Line needs different floors and moquette to all the others? Do the felt tip fairies need more work in TfL?

Maybe the moquette is to increase the range of bags the museum shop can sell :(
