No First Class refund on GWR?

I am simply replying to someone who said nothing at all wrong with what RTT is showing. Using only offical sources how would a passenger find out what set ran on that date, and if it had first class or not?

No First Class refund on GWR?

    Misleading though.

No First Class refund on GWR?

I can't tell if there is the option for free text in the general refund section. Annoyingly, Real Time Trains shows the service as a two-coach 165, but also states "First & Standard class seating".

    Highland Chieftain Friday 4/9/26

My "generally" was doing a lot of heavy lifting there... :D

I think people in the know, know that in disruption the INV train is generally prioritised, I have experienced disruption several times and we always left, even if late. The train is generally very quiet north of Edinburgh.

If you have status, Silver and above get free seat selection, Bronze free seven days before departure. And First class for all passengers regardless of status as mentioned above. They also do a thing called Theoretical Seating, where Gold members see seats that others do not, for example Row 1...

    Delay repay is it destructive?

It certainly isn't fit for purpose. On a trip to Scotland where I had to pay for an overnight hotel such was the delay, I received my fare and to be er, fair, the hotel. But nothing for the abject stress I was put through (arriving London at 00.15 instead of my planned 18.00), with a 12+ hour...

Are Paper Bus Timetables still in your area?

It is the first down here for two years after their pursued their digital only strategy, not realising how poor their app and website is.

Unpopular opinion: IETs are perfectly fine, for the most part.

On the subject of seats, the worst I have experienced are the Caledonian Sleeper ones. But they are cheap for the distance travelled!

I have received this reply (and another repeating the earlier questions, was I travelling Southbound and on the Glasgow or Edinburgh portion. Despite the earlier replying confirming Glasgow - Euston.) The reply below is better. Thank you for taking the time to get in touch and for reporting...

GWR two passengers left behind at Paddington

The video was posted on 23 August though. Depends on how your read that first line from ChatGPT.

GWR two passengers left behind at Paddington

I asked ChatGPT about this, and one point it says (take AI with a pinch of salt) is: The video was filmed at London Paddington and posted on X on 23 August by Ravinder Singh (@ravindrajourno). It has apparently gone well over a million views. It shows two women with substantial suitcases...

So I have received a confusing reply (with no apparent way to log-in to do a further reply) SUBJECT: Very sudden jolt felt on train - Golborne, Warrington, WA3 3UA (their subject line - I never mentioned Warrington!) Thanks for making me aware of the sudden jolt when travelling from Glasgow...
