I know someone recently who had delay repay refused by GTR multiple times, including by customer services, and submitted a Money Claims Online (MCOL) claim against them which was paid out.
There is a new ticket type appearing for a select number of flows on BRFares called a "Day-Flex Single", at 10 different price tiers (ticket types FE0-FE9).

I haven't seen any publicity about these yet.
Just scroll through her Twitter feed: https://x.com/voiceoverdiva
She had a tidy-up recently, but I have some old screenshots too, including ones which were more anti-immigrant than what you can find today on her timeline:
But I think that's probably enough to demonstrate my point.

I'd like to think it's a moral choice related to her far-right, anti-immigrant, anti-vaccine, COVID denial views, but we'll...
Nonsense. There are no "announcements" of any kind. There are scrolling messages for about 5 seconds every couple of minutes between stops.
I'm not saying that 1st/declassified/standard is unclear, though.
The issue is that the fares data doesn't support a concept for this.
I've told RDG a solution which can be used to fix this, but noone wishes to implement changes to data schemas!
What you need is some data which links a list of stations to ticket route codes to say "if you go through this...
It doesn't say it doesn't, so I don't see any reason this wouldn't be allowed.
Just like I see no reason the same policy wouldn't apply to other cancellations under the DfTO ticket acceptance policy.

Because of the poor design of the system, I would guess the...
I will say the Southeastern app is showing the ticket in the incorrect format (D10), which is intended for use with Advance tickets.
Absolutely no excuse for the staff to be completely incompetent, though.

Well no, the PlusBus ticket is an add-on ticket you purchase alongside your rail journey.
If you bought tickets like "Brighton+Bus to London Terminals", I'd agree with you.
Interrail is entirely valid on Gatwick Express services. It's only Heathrow Express where it isn't valid.
It's about 50-50. Train operators (and staff) which use TTK (The Ticket Keeper) will be able to scan the passes, but no other validation software in use can.
It does, as does adding (or removing) dots wherever you'd like in the email address.
