So that I can try to avoid in future does anybody know what group of ? supporters ?this train was carrying? After a day at Imber yesterday I arrived at Bath Spa to return to London. At Bath Spa to give credit to staff they made announcement that the train was very crowded and that passengers for...
If your wife's card is not registered you can add it to your account. My partner can't be bothered to chase TFL to correct 'anomalies' so I have two Oyster cards (with railcard discounts) linked to my account.Helpdesk have no problem correcting either card.
As someone who spent the weekend as a 'car steward' I will pass on the thanks from those members of this Forum to my colleagues. Without wishing to name anybody personally it should also be recognised the hard work and planning undertaken by the TFL Principal Engineering lead Technical services...
I've usually had the maximum three year expiry date added then returned a week or so later and had the expiry date extended. Bit of a pain but given other idiosyncrasies of Oyster such as a customer charter refund can't be added to your balance unless you are travelling again within four days...
Sarah Timings Saturday @ Ricky, N=Northbound S=Southbound 0935½N 1010S 1035½N 1110S 1135½N 1255S 1335½N 1410S 1435½N 1510S 1535½N. 1610S. 1635½N 1713S Sarah should be leading Northbound & Class 20 Southbound
Not relevant to this case but maybe helpful to others. I sent a FOI request to TFL who have come back and confirmed that despite their posters at many stations banning non folding eBikes, they may be taken on services where non folding bikes are allowed provided the battery is removed and...
Did you present your phone for inspection or the contactless card linked via Applepay. I'm no expert but I believe if you present the physical card when using Express travel mode it won't be recognised. Did you send your journey history with your appeal, if not download your history as you can...
I can’t remember if it was this site, according to a FOI request to TFL e-bikes are permitted if the battery is removed and carried separately despite the posters at most stations just saying there is a blanket ban on full size e-bikes Found link...
TFL RRB’s can be a problem if they are part way through your journey. Whilst you there is no check that you have a Oyster or contactless card when boarding the bus, I have been charged for two separate journeys which required a call TO TFL to resolve.
There is a cross country service from Edinburgh to Birmingham New Street via Leeds. If I bought an Open return any permitted BHM to EDB as a paper ticket. Returned from EDB via S&C to Hellifield plus a single from HLD to LDS broke my journey in Leeds and then took the Cross Country service that...
Just had another look you are right the any permitted off-peak open return with railcard is £120.80. Then a Carlisle to Hellifield discounted single @ £21.10 Would that work on the Return to travel via The S&C to Leeds break for an overnight stay?
Considering a return trip from Birmingham to Edinburgh with a railcard Off peak open return cost of £108. On the return like to travel on the Carlisle to Settle line and break my journey for a day or two in Leeds is this route valid with this ticket?
Having had the wrong option selected in the past I am now very careful when renewing to double check with staff that they have selected Disabled Railcard not National Railcard when adding a discount on the POM. From memory it’s near the bottom of the list of options in the drop down menu.
