I note that fares from Euston are lower than those from Watford. I cannot see any restriction to a BoJ at Watford which suggests to me that the ticket is valid for starting short at Watford. Is that correct? I'm mindful of the fact that Virgin is not permitted to sell Euston/Watford tickets.
