    NR London allowances?

    Hope someone can answer a couple of questions on NR london allowances. What are the current 2017 rates for inner and outer allowance and are these due to go up I 2018? Someone told me previously that if you are within 16 miles of charing x you get both the inner and outer allowance? Thanks!
