Signaller vacancy @ Upper Holloway SB

Was interested in applying for this box but it was advertised as fixed term until June 2017 so I assumed it was up for closure, I wanted something more permanent so left it, but now has been advertised as "full time" too - has the timetable for closure slipped for the NLL area?

Not many lower grade boxes left in London and immediate environs : (
