And I didn't do that well...managed 6.5 lines on every page, but with a total of 13 omissions and 2 wrong...got some work to do.
What scores do other people get?
Say for example your depot was Victoria...how do you get there.
-you could drive...but where do you park?
-you could get the train...but if your on early's there are no trains?
So how does this work with central London depots? What do the TOC's expect you to do?
May be a dumb question...
Hi,
I'm thinking of moving to south London in the hope of becoming a trainee train driver, but where should I go?
Most TOC's seem to want you within 30min of the depot, was also thinking of targetting SWT and Southern, so could go to;

Arriva trains Wales- Accept laser eye with no additional tests.
South west trains- Accept laser eye but require additional tests.
First (all First)- No...
Does anyone have a list of all the driver depots for SWT (so far I have Woking, Guildford, Strawberry hill and Wimbledon)?
I am researching where the best place to live would be to give me the best chance of getting a job as a driver.
Also, when applying for trainee train driver positions...
Hi guys, first post here so go easy on me lol.
I've recently become very interested in becoming a train driver (after years of not knowing what job to do)...and with living in Derby the obvious TOC to apply to would be EMT...does anyone know if they only recruit internally or whether external...
