    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Speaking for myself I guess I am looking for a third way, an alternative. I think that Boris Johnson would be an entirely inappropriate leader. Too much baggage and to much self interest. Theresa May, meh. Corbyn, I think, believe it or not, his heart is in the right place, but not to lead. I...

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

I believe there has been plenty of debate about what that ceremony was for. He never denied he was there, how could he. Regarding the general election it was a small victory for want of a better term, they gave the Tories a bloody nose.

Steve Coogan argues with conductor over passengers standing in First Class section

I know we disagree on a lot of things but I totally agree with you on this. Had a large impact on many friends, I also agree with your previous post.

Are there still any 'bashers' on today's railways?

Getting a few Trans Pennine ones past the back of my house now on driver training and they make a decent racket. I'll be out and about more once they start running from Lime Street.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

To be fair the Tories had to shake the magic money tree and cosy up to the nutters in the DUP so they could form a government.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

I do wonder. I view myself very much as a socialist and at first Corbyn really appealed. He doesn't any more but I wonder if that is perhaps because a lot of the stuff we read about him in the main stream media is him explaining his connections to some less than savoury characters. I think he is...

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Ha ha. Likewise. I'll shout you one back and we can put the world to rights.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Yeah, none of the threads on this forum ever have people speaking in jargon.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Seemed to take about six minutes on the thread before he was frequently referred to as BoJo again. You are smart lad so forgive me if I don't believe you had no clue for terribly long.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Who brought it up? Two people who know who was being talked about. I'll wait until I see someone ask who Alexander is. (I'll regret saying that, ha ha).

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Fair enough. Guess we can wait and see if anyone on this thread has no clue what we are talking about. I guess a lot who can still be bothered commenting on the EU thread would know who is being talked about.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Stranger things have happened, not many mind. Ha ha.

Are there still any 'bashers' on today's railways?

Good luck mate. Ha ha. At least is still doable.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Everyone responding so far seems to know who is being referred to.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Ha ha. I kind of agree in the sense that I shouldn't lower myself to the levels of Boris Johnson. He is a massive man baby and it terrifies me to think people think he is a suitable leader.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

We could call it freedom of speech like supporters of Boris would. Nothing childish about that, just like saying women who wear the veil look like letter boxes is just freedom of speech and not childish.

Are there still any 'bashers' on today's railways?

Ha ha. I skipped loads of duffs as well, gutted. Did manage to get all the 87's and most of the 86's.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

When referring to someone who frequently ignores common courtesy such as Boris Johnson I don't really care how he feels about what I refer to him as.

Are there still any 'bashers' on today's railways?

    Those were the days indeed.

    Boris Johnson is a liability.

Well here is where I would worry about offending people. He studied Classics. I mean what does it really prove he is good at. I would suggest in some way that he was good at influencing people about what it was he was reading. He is certainly good at influencing people at his interpretation of...
