    Vauxhall [VXH]-Portsmouth Hbr [PMH]-Waterloo [WAT] - possible on 1ST off peak return?

    I would like to travel from VXH to PMH and return to WAT. Would ideally return to VXH with a connection via CLJ as on the outbound but unfortunately this is not achievable. Is a 1ST off peak return valid for VXH departure and WAT arrival? Many thanks in advance. :)
