There were only a handful of instructors affected. No courses have been run for drivers yet. I think patience is the key here, it will happen, but perhaps not as quickly as everyone would like, especially TPE's hard pressed passengers.

No, you need 3 engines to get to 100mph to keep within time allowances. Once at 100 two engines are fine. Most drivers switch off Eco mode anyway.
