First of all good luck perusing Abellio in Norwich.
Our group has come together over the past 18 months from disgruntled commuters to bringing Burles and Denby to Portcullis House in Parliament in front of several MPs and ourselves.
We are meeting for formalise our position and refraining from...
Samuel. They all have problems. GA have volume and poor attitude save for decent ops staff and those poor buggers in social media.
A job from hell but they took it.

465s are poor if cleaner than their GA equivalents.
SE are generally ok. Had very...
306024 I'm happy and amazed GA are ever ontime. Maybe I'm Amazed was the Moody Blues also better than Max.
I'm not anti GA just poor railway service. And paying for it.

Meanwhile at Lst lots of cancellations and late running.
Welcome to hell GA...
It's good Samuel.
If I compare SE high speed to GA, I can't.
Clean, fast and on time three adjectives GA cannot do.
Broken railway. Broke by greed and despair.

And broken by acceptance of abysmal standards are the culture of the business.
Uncomfortably numb Richard.
Samuel sorry for your problems I'm on Southeastern highspeed tonight from Maidstone.

Acceptable is one we can rely on Dave.
Generally on WA we can. On GEML we can't.

Thank you Samuel for raising the standard above that of dos"buyacar"xuk
I accept that in all walks of life, expected everything to be perfect always will not happen.
I do not see why paying passengers should settle for a less than acceptable service provided by GA
I look forward to seeing...
I expect GA to have a collaborative relationship with NR who they are in contract with rather than fail to provide a service to fare paying customers
The relevance Jon is English law and liability.
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Sadly for GA there is no English law exclusion for...
To say the least the "its NRs fault card" is played too often and is legally incorrect.
The passengers contract is with the provider (GA In this case) not the 3rd party provider (NR)
The legal case is Shanklin Pier v Detal Products which defines privity of contract.
Only a party you have...

Interesting observations...
Perhaps not if the original partnership had of occurred.
Then the chain of communication would be more effective and buses could be sourced more effectively rather than the dithering response today.
Is 7 hours without a service acceptable with no bus replacement, as Big Brother says "you decide"
Perhaps if Burles had not made the statement that NR problems would be no defence for GA when he took office And GA and NR would work together your comment would have more validity.
No nothing is easy with GA particularly. I am not a railway operator and pay to be one.
Another day of losing money due to WA wires down. And you wonder what we are moaning about.
