My regret is not using London Broad Street before closure. I went to the station & there had been a signalling failure & as I was en route back to York I didn`t have time to hang around waiting to see if services would resume.

Apparently I traversed the Richmond to Eryholme Junction branch en route to & from Darlington but as I was only 14 months old when the branch closed to passenger traffic I have no recollection of this.

So is the final day for services via the current Oldham Mumps on the Friday or the Saturday?
