Yep, I got that one.

I think they know that the positions will be needed at some point this year but nothing is set in stone. Now they know that they have the people to fill the positions as and when they come up. We'd all obviously like to be on a course now but I can wait, this is hopefully my last job move.

All done. I didn't like that interview, I answered all of the questions and there wasn't a huge amount of probing into them but the examples sounded weak as I spoke them. The wait begins again.
