It takes 5 mins to get the mission statement if you phone customer relations, no need to come on here for it. I think perhaps I am reluctant as I know it is required for interview and think people should research properly rather than being spoon fed by people who have already did the leg...

I had a chap with a foldable table on my train a few months back, we went over a set of points a bit hard and it fell off the luggage rack and one of the legs snapped off...... ooops!

I have found this thread interesting, it certainly has provoked some strong feelings. I also think its funny how many "rumours" and random "facts" seem to be appearing. I dont think it is fair to judge the union members who did or did not vote. They all have their own reasoning as anyone else...

Well thanks for the replies, I have never had or used a train set but thought it might be nice to set up for my nephews, I suppose I will invest in a set at some point after christmas but for now will put the train in my model cabinet as it does look rather nice!

It depends, management will probably step in to work the trains and will probably work this service.
