Hi Parallel. Arram is, as I remember it, a tiny station on the Hull to Bridlington line - or it was tiny (i.e. just a platform) when I was a lad 40 years ago I suspect autocorrect got in there as Assam is a state in India.

Anyone know what’s happened to the 16:15 Leeds to Kings Cross? Realtime trains suggests cancelled due to vandalism. National rail says ECML delays due to broken down train. VTEC website says nothing!

The last bus was about the same time - the last time I took a cab it was over £12. Now I live near Denby Dale the closest I can get to home by train unless I leave Leeds at 21:41 is Wakey or Hudds - so train and cab now :cry::cry: On the other hand we have great views from the garden!

In general the more affluent areas to the North of Leeds are better served. The last train to Woodlesford is at 22:37 - though a new train at 22:05 seems to have appeared (unless I am mistaken) since I moved away. Compare with Ilkley 23:15, Skipton 23:19 and Harrogate 23:32. A bit of a...
