I don't, but surely it's not that different from going up and down the equivalent ramp at a shop, for example. If you can't do it, surely it's time to get some electric assistance...
Obviously there needs to be an upper limit that can be enforced where there's a good reason. Morally (as part of good customer service) they should refund and only refuse future untimely claims.
I need to get a refund on 6 months of an annual season ticket.
Previously, the magnetic strip stopped working so I swapped it for a new one. The new ticket is marked as "duplicate" with a price of £0. Is this a problem?

Not sure how relevant train fares in other countries with higher subsidies is.
Can you find a better value way to do this journey? i.e. under 15p a mile? If so, why does everyone get the train?
