.i would just like to know how a t.o.c goes about refrencing people if offered a position ,do they ask months before or is it after you have been giving a postion. Also what type of references do they ask for ? Is it from someone like your doctor etc or just the normal ex boss type of thing ...

Yeah let's hope so as the medical im finding really daunting as unlike the rest of the stages you can't really practise or prepare for it and not knowing what to expect is brutal. Did they give you any info on when your likely to be starting as I was told next year now if successful

I bought there vigilance dvd aswell as the perception dvd and have successfully passed all assessments! I do believe that this practise material did give me some sort of idea of what to expect .
